Hello Again

It has been a very long time since I have posted anything on my blog. The truth is that I love blogging, but I just feel like between being a nurse, wife, & mother, that I have no time.... I really want to start fresh when Tate is born and start updating my blog regularly again.

Well, I can start by saying that in 1 week we will welcome Tate Archer Sperling into the world. We are soooo excited to meet our little guy, especially Tucker! He loves to help me in Tate's nursery especially with washing baby clothes and organizing.

The nursery is almost finished. I am waiting on a lamp, my glider, and a couple more shelves and trinkets. Here are a few pictures of the nursery so far (still have lots of stuff to be organized and put away)

Playing Catch Up

It has been awhile since I have written anything. Josh and I have been extremely busy chasing Tucker around and decorating our new home in Woodcreek Fate. We moved in at the end of May and we love the house! We couldn't be happier to finally have our own home and a yard for Tucker to play in. We are so excited about the yard that we have decided to get a puppy. We have finally decided on a Hungarian Vizsla named Lola, whom we will bring hime in 3 weeks. Her breed loves to hunt and she has champion field trial bloodlines. I will post some pics of Lola along with some Easter pictures and random pictures that I found on the camera. Enjoy!

Halloween Monkeys, Thanksgiving, & Holiday Cheer

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted anything. It is very stressful that we are househunting during the holidays and deer season..... I'll just say it has been crazy!! Tucker is changing with each passing day. It has been amazing watching him grow more and more into a little person. He is definately growing up too fast but I am so excited for his first Christmas!!! All Things Tucker

It has been kind of a crazy week. Not only has Tucker had an upper respiratory infection but he is also teething. He has been sooooooo fussy and I feel so sorry for him. Mom called me at work yesterday and said that Tucker has cut his 1st tooth!!! This is so exciting but bittersweet at the same time. My little bug is growing up too fast :( Here are several photos from the last few weeks.

Enough Pedialyte already, Yuck!!

This is tucker when he was 4 days old. I found this today and couldn't resist posting it

We took Tucker to the pool the other day and he had a great time. He didn't even mind it when he got splashed. Our good friends Stephanie and Tara came over and brought their precious little boys, Brody & Carter. I have enrolled Tucker in an ISR class in Rockwall. It is an Infant Swim Rescue class where they teach babies to hold their breath under water. It also teaches them to roll onto their backs and breathe until help arrives in case they ever fall into water. But before we can go to class, Tucker and I have some homework to do. We must make a log of sleeping and eating routines and trends before we can begin the swim class! This helps determine how much time he can spend in the water. I can't wait for the class to start in a few weeks. Here are some pics from the pool:
